"Invalid card number", "Invalid expiry date" or "Invalid CVV": The payment details you entered were incorrect.
Please double check your payment details; CCV numbers (3 or 4 digits on the back), card number and expiry date.
"The payment was not successful. Please choose a different payment method": Your payment card is not supported by our payment system.

- "The payment was refused by your bank. You have reached the maximum limit on your credit card. Please use another credit card.": You have reached the maximum limit on your credit card.
The payment was refused by your bank because the maximum limit on your credit card was reached. Please contact your bank or use another credit card.
- "The payment was refused by your bank. Please call your bank and then complete the payment": Your card company or bank is blocking the payment.
You may want to call them and make sure that they authorize the payment you're making.
"Your credit card is registered in a country that our payment provider does not accept for payments. Please use a credit card issued in another country": We are sorry to inform you that our payment provider does not accept cards registered in that country. We can only recommend you to use a card registered in another country to complete the payment.
"The payment was not successful.": This means, that our system had troubles completing your booking. Please double-check your email inbox to see whether you received a booking confirmation email or not. If you did not receive an email, you can try again.

"You entered the payment details, our logo keeps loading and you don't receive a booking confirmation email": In this case, please first double-check if you have received a confirmation email in your spam folder. If yes, everything should be good with your booking and you might have experienced some internet problems.
