Which cancellation policies (applicable for cancellations by customers) can I choose?

You can select from the following three customer cancellation policies for each of your offers: 

  • Flexible: Full customer refund up to 24 hours before activity start.
  • Standard: Full refund up to 31 days prior to the start of the activity, 80% refund between 30 and 8 days prior to the start of the activity and 50% refund between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the start of the activity.
  • Strict: 90% customer refund up to 31 days before activity start and 50% refund from day 30 up to 8 days before activity start.
