My booking on CheckYeti got declined. When will I receive my refund?

We are sorry to hear that your booking had to be declined by the provider.


But do not worry - you will of course not be charged for this booking and the pre-authorization on your credit card has already been released. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days now for the amount to show on your account.
