I got an alternative proposal from the provider, but it doesn't suit my schedule. How do I cancel my booking?

If the alternative does not suit you, you just need to log into your CheckYeti account, click on "Messages" and let the provider know that you can not accept the alternative date/time. Click here to  Login your CheckYeti account.  


The provider will decline/cancel your booking and you will, of course, be fully refunded
